Portland Mercury reporter, writer and general mastermind Sarah Mirk talked about her unusual encounter at the #15 bus stop with a man who described himself as not Filipino or gay but just liked to paint fingernails.
We ll get some more photos up next week, but for now, I wanted to share the contents of the poster . Most of these ideas are pretty simple; some of them are pretty funny; and all of them are exactly the kind of evening it was.
